Helpful, efficient reception staff on our arrival. Room although quite small was very clean and well equiped. laundry room was a bonus.
got badly bitten by mosquitoes. Would definitely take repellent if going again!

Had a nice city break, good location, and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and included fresh pastries and delicious coffee, which was a great way to start the day. The rooftop pool offered a relaxing place to unwind and enjoy a refreshing cocktail.
The staff at check-out were very slow and made the process frustrating. The organization of the side dishes was chaotic and the buffet was often empty, leaving guests disappointed.

Very nice hotel, good location, facilities very helpful staff etc. I will definitely return to this hotel again.
The underground parking is for 10 EURO, but you are offered alternative ground parking for 5 euro. The restaurant is with fixed price and menu. The new, but very cheap furniture which does not work very well.

Location and style - pool, spa, relax
No air conditioning in entrance, halls, elevator. Daily cleaning was not done in common areas. No pamphlets or brochures or stay information available in rooms. Not a four star based on this.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel near a beautiful pine forest. The hospitality of the staff was excellent and the hotel facilities were top-notch including the rooftop pool area. The location was perfect for families with little kids as the beach was shallow and only a short walk from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel provided towels and deck chairs for guests, which was very convenient.

We always found sunbeds on the clean and lovely beach. the hotel is in a quiet location and close to shops and restaurants. the modern and clean room with a good balcony served our needs well. Towels were changed regularly and the hotel was spotless. the pool on the roof was fantastic and the staff at the reception desk were always willing to help with anything they could.
The buffet was underwhelming and lacked a variety of food options.
